1. Order Cancellation
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order.

If the order has already been processed and shipped, the cancellation request will not be entertained.

2. Cancellation for Perishable Items
ITR Perfume does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, or similar products.

However, if the customer can establish that the quality of the product delivered is not satisfactory, we may provide a refund or replacement.

3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it to our Customer Service team on the same day of receive the product.

The complaint will be entertained after the merchant has verified and confirmed the issue.

4. Product Not as Expected
If you feel that the product does not match the description or expectations, you must inform our Customer Service team within the same day of receiving it.

After reviewing the complaint, we will make an appropriate decision regarding a replacement or refund.

5. Warranty-Related Complaints
For products covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, please refer the issue directly to the manufacturer.

6. Refund Process
If a refund is approved by ITR Perfume, it will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited to the original payment method.
